Where we ship
The proposed launch service covers the contiguous 48 United States. Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and international destinations are not included in this proposal.
Processing & delivery
Proposed order processing: 1–3 business days. Proposed transit estimate after dispatch: 5–8 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Shipping charges
Proposed standard shipping is $4.99 per order, with free standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $75 or more after discounts. The final charge must be shown before payment.
Tracking & delays
Tracking details will be sent when available. If an order cannot ship within the promised time, we will contact you about the delay and available cancellation or refund options.
Address changes & damaged deliveries
Contact us as soon as possible for an address correction or cancellation. Once dispatched, changes may not be possible. For damage or missing items, retain the packaging and send your order number and photos to [email protected].
